you can make this in australia. we have all the ingredients here in oz except the purex crystals. just replace the zote soap with a sards soap bar, sunlight laundry soap bar or lux pure soap flakes. for softener i use 2 cups white vinegar 1 cup hair conditioner in a 2ltr bottle and top up with water. the oxyclean is the eqiv to our sards and vanish powder from what i have researched. hth 🙂
